Performs partial updates on existing ad groups in bulk. Only fields explicitly included
in the request body will be modified; all other attributes remain unchanged.
Max batch size: 10. advertiserId must be the same across all items in the payload.
Supports both expression-based and flattened targeting structures (not mixed).
Supports delta targeting updates (add/remove) for keywords and audiences.
Fields can be cleared by passing null.
