Understand snapshot report processing statuses, download availability, and next steps.
Snapshot reports are generated asynchronously.
After a report request is submitted, the report moves through a series of processing states until the report file becomes available or the request fails.
Snapshot report status sequence
Snapshot reports are generated asynchronously. Use the snapshot retrieval endpoint to monitor report status until the file is available for download.
Pending
The report request has been received and is waiting to begin processing.
Processing
Walmart Connect is generating the report file.
Done
The report has completed successfully and is available for download.
Failed
Report generation was unsuccessful and the request must be reviewed.
Expired
The report was generated successfully but is no longer available for download.
Status quick reference
