Gaining Display API access from an advertiser is a multi-step process which can take up to four weeks to complete. Plan accordingly.
The Display Advertising API does not support Campaign Management for Onsite Display Managed-Service accounts. Your advertiser must create a Display Self-serve account prior to beginning this process.
