Get Negative Feedback Orders Report

Retrieves a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) report of all orders contributing to negative feedback metrics. Use this endpoint to audit orders driving negative feedback so you can take the next steps for improving customer experience, improve processes, or dispute feedback when appropriate.

Number of past days to include in the report duration window. If omitted, default value of 60 days is used.
