Updates to Restored item setup

Sellers setting up a Restored item must now include two new required attributes when setting up the item:

1. Restored Product ID (Example: 00190000000001). Sellers must provide the refurbished product ID in both the productId field and the restoredProductIdentifier field.
2. Restored Product ID Type (UPC, GTIN). EAN is temporarily not supported for the restored items.

Failure to provide these attributes when setting up a Restored item will result in an unsuccessful item setup. The following error message will appear when setting up a restored item without the newly required attributes:

restoredProductIdentifier is a required attribute. Enter a value for the attribute restoredProductIdentifier.

For restored item maintenance, there are no changes to the current process. Sellers have been using the refurbished product identifier to update their items, and they will continue to follow the same procedure going forward.
