New API endpoints for Seller Performance Standards

The Seller Performance Standards team invites sellers and approved Solution Providers with items in the US Marketplace to access Seller Performance Standards through the new API. Seller Performance Standards, previously only available on Seller Center, are now accessible through both the Seller Center and API endpoints.

Sellers and approved Solution Providers can download datasets, refreshed every 24 hours, in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file format. Seller Performance Standards include:

Cancellation rate
On-time delivery rate
Refund rate
Seller response rate
Valid tracking rate
