Performance warning

Use this page for future planning only. When available, the Performance warning webhook will notify you when a seller’s KPIs do not meet Walmart standards so you can mirror the email notice and automate follow-ups.

Who this is for
Sellers and approved Solution Providers who monitor on-time delivery, valid tracking rate, seller response rate, refund rate, or cancellations.

What to expect at launch (alternatives)

Until Performance warning is enabled, use these events to drive operations and monitoring:

• Seller performance alarms (SELLER_PERFORMANCE_ALARMS): Daily summary of shipping risks and actions. See Seller performance alarms.
• Seller performance report (SELLER_PERFORMANCE_REPORT): Weekly KPI rollup across standards. See Seller performance report.

Availability

• Current state: Disabled. Not returned by Get event types.
• Subscriptions: Do not attempt to subscribe to PERFORMANCE_WARNING until this page is updated to GA.
• Testing: Not supported in sandbox until the event is enabled.

Delivery payload (coming soon)

When enabled, webhook requests will include a payload object with event-specific fields. A sample schema and example payload will be added here at GA.
