Request a lag time report

Use the lag time report to view the configured fulfillment lag time for items in your catalog. This report helps you verify handling-time settings that affect delivery promises.

Track and download

  1. Check status: GET /v3/reports/reportRequests/{requestId}. Status values: RECEIVED, INPROGRESS, READY, ERROR.
  2. Download file: GET /v3/reports/downloadReport?requestId={requestId} when status is READY.

Report fields

CSV headers are case sensitive. Each row represents one item record with the configured lag time.

GTINGlobal Trade Item Number associated with the item.
Product NameName of the item.
CategoryCategory of the item.
Fulfillment lag timeNumber of days between when an item is ordered and when it is shipped.

  • This report is available for the U.S. market only.
  • The report schema may change over time; pin a report version when available to keep pipelines stable.
