Walmart is thrilled to announce the release of updated feeds files for 1P suppliers to enhance item setup and maintenance processes. The new feed files include the latest product types, attributes, and values, empowering suppliers to improve content quality scores and drive higher customer conversions.

The updated feed files can be accessed in the Feeds section of the Supplier Guide.

Key Features in This Release

Preorders

Suppliers can now set up preorders for items:

Attribute: IsPreorder in the Orderable section of the schema.

This feature is included in the item setup and maintenance feed files, providing suppliers with powerful tools to enhance item configurations.

Enhanced Feed Status API Feature

• Walmart associate comments are Included.
• Suppliers can now gain deeper insights into rejected item setups or updates.

 * Endpoint: GET /v3/feeds/<feedId> * New Feature: Detailed comments from Walmart associates on why an item setup or update was rejected.
