Information about your current throttling usage is now available through the new throttling response headers. APIs that are being throttled will have the following response headers:
X-Current-Token-Count : The number of requests that will be allowed in the current throttling window
X-Next-Replenishment-Time : Time at which current window ends and throttling count is reset
