Sellers can use the Issue Refund API to issue a refund against a return order. It now supports multiple return order lines in one request.
You can add more than one returnOrderLineNumber in the refundLines array of the request payload.
The current Issue Refund API behavior is still supported:
Return Order with only one Return Order Line
- If the Return Order has only one Return Order Line, you can choose not to add it in the payload. But it is strongly recommended to add the Return Order Line.
- If Return Order Line is not found in the request payload, then the only available Return Order Line for the Return Order will be auto-selected for refund.
Return Order with multiple Return Order Lines
- If the Return Order has more than one Return Order Line, you must add the required Return Order Line in the payload.
- If Return Order Line is not found in the request payload, the request will result in 400 HTTP error.
