Fetch delivery promise details

Returns fulfillment and delivery promise information for a given item and offer. Use this API before creating a Multichannel Solutions (MCS) order to confirm whether WFS can fulfill the item and to retrieve estimated delivery dates for the customer.

This request returns fulfillment and delivery promise information for all valid items and offers in the request. It also takes into account the carrier preferences selected in Multichannel Settings.
