Seller Performance API updates

Summary
We updated the Seller Performance Standards API to align labels and thresholds across desktop, app, and API. The response now includes clearer labels and new field names for easier parsing. No action is required to receive the new fields.

What changed

  • Label text in responses

    • Meets Standard changed to Good
    • Needs Attention changed to Monitor
    • Urgent Review changed to Urgent
  • Fields

    • Added performanceRiskLevel. Field riskLevel will be deprecated.
    • Added performanceStandard. Field standard will be deprecated.
  • Standards language

    • Now uses “99% or above”
    • Now uses “95% or above”
    • Now uses “90% or above”
    • Now uses “2% or below”
    • Now uses “6% or below”

Scope

These updates apply to Performance Standards summary APIs, including On-Time Delivery, Valid Tracking, Seller Response, Refund, and Cancellation Rate.

Why it matters

Clearer labels and consistent phrasing reduce ambiguity and make it easier to act on performance data across platforms.

  • Start reading performanceRiskLevel and performanceStandard for forward compatibility.
  • Plan to migrate off riskLevel and standard ahead of their removal. The deprecation schedule will follow our API deprecation policy.
