# Promotion price error codes

The table below lists the error codes that can occur when updating promotional prices.

* The **Code** field contains a data or system error code, along with the API invoked when the error occurred.
* The **Description** field explains the reason for the error.
* The **Type** field indicates whether the error is related to data validation or a system issue

If any of these errors occur, the error message displayed is `Unable to process this request`.
