Get Negative Feedback Performance Metrics

Returns the negative feedback performance summary for the past N days (defaults to 60). Includes cumulative rate and trend, GMV loss and trend, orders impacted and trend, performance standards, risk level, contributing drivers, and recommendations.

Number of past days to include in the report duration window. If omitted, default value of 60 days is used.
