# Request ACES coverage and fitment attributes gap reports

<div class="callout-box" role="note" aria-label="Important"><strong>Important:</strong> The <code>FITMENT_MISSING_ATTRIBUTES</code> report type is no longer maintained and is not relevant to the current fitment workflow.<br><br>The <code>FITMENT_MISSING_ACES_COVERAGE</code> report type remains relevant for identifying items without vehicle compatibility coverage. However, the report may contain stale or inaccurate data for up to two months. The report and documentation will be updated when data accuracy is restored.</div>

Use the Fitment reports to identify catalog issues that affect automotive compatibility data.

**ACES** stands for **Automotive Aftermarket Catalog Exchange Standard** (Auto Care Association). It defines how vehicle fitment information, such as year, make, model, engine, and related qualifiers, is structured and exchanged.

## Report types

Two report types are available. Choose the report that matches your goal:

| Report                        | `reportType`            | Description                                                                                                            |
| ----------------------------- | ----------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Fitment missing ACES coverage | `FITMENT_ACES_COVERAGE` | Identifies items that do not have ACES coverage in Walmart systems.                                                    |
| Fitment missing attributes    | `FITMENT_MISSING_ATTR`  | Identifies items with one or more required ACES attributes missing, such as Part Terminology ID or vehicle qualifiers. |

## Request a Fitment missing ACES coverage report

Use `FITMENT_ACES_COVERAGE` to request a report that identifies items without ACES coverage.

## Request a Fitment missing attributes report

Use `FITMENT_MISSING_ATTR` to request a report that identifies items with missing fitment attributes.

## Track and download the report

After you submit the report request:

1. Track the report status with:

   ```http
   GET /v3/reports/reportRequests/{requestId}
   ```

   The report request can have one of the following statuses: `RECEIVED`, `INPROGRESS`, `READY`, or `ERROR`.

2. When the report status is `READY`, download the report with:

   ```http
   GET /v3/reports/downloadReport?requestId={requestId}
   ```

## Report fields

Both reports return the following fields. CSV header names are case sensitive.

| GTIN                      | Global Trade Item Number for the item.                                               | Seller  |
| Item ID                   | Unique Walmart item identifier.                                                      | Walmart |
| Product Name              | Name of the item.                                                                    | Seller  |
| Brand AAIA ID             | Four-letter brand code defined by the Auto Care Association.                         | Seller  |
| Manufacturing Part Number | Manufacturer or brand owner part number.                                             | Seller  |
| Part Terminology ID       | Primary key for ACES records. Refer to the Auto Care Association for the correct ID. | Seller  |

> **Note:** The report field names must be validated against the actual report output before publication.
