When available, the Performance warning webhook will notify you when a seller’s KPIs do not meet Walmart standards so you can mirror the email notice and automate follow-ups. **Notification type**

Sellers and approved Solution Providers who monitor Seller Performance KPIs and standards. ## What to expect at launch (alternatives) Until Performance warning is enabled, use these Performance notification types to drive operations and monitoring: * **Seller performance alarms** (`ALARMS`): Shipping risks and actions triggered by seller activity. Delivery timing may vary as notifications are not delivered on a fixed schedule. Refer to [Seller performance alarms](/us-marketplace/docs/seller-performance-alarms/). * **Seller performance report** (`REPORT`): Weekly KPI rollup across standards. Sent every Monday at 5:00 AM PT. Refer to [Seller performance report](/us-marketplace/docs/seller-performance-report). ## Availability * **Current state**: Disabled. Not returned by [Get event types](https://developer.walmart.com/us-marketplace/reference/geteventtypes). * **Subscriptions**: Do not attempt to subscribe to `PERFORMANCE_WARNING` until this page is updated to GA. * **Testing**: Not supported in sandbox until the event is enabled. ## Delivery payload (coming soon) When enabled, webhook requests will include a `payload` object with event-specific fields. A sample schema and example payload will be added here at GA. ## Implementation guidance (coming soon) This section will provide handling guidance for idempotency and retries when Performance warning is enabled.
