Request vehicle compatibility coverage report

Use this report to identify automotive items that do not currently have corresponding vehicle compatibility coverage in Walmart systems. Items returned in the report may require compatibility data or item-data corrections before fitment can display.

What this report does

The report identifies published automotive items that are missing corresponding vehicle compatibility coverage.

Brand matching for ACES XML

For ACES XML submissions, the Product Brand associated with the Walmart item must correspond to the brand represented by the BrandAAIAID in the ACES file.

If Walmart cannot associate the Product Brand with the corresponding Auto Care brand identity, the compatibility data might not be connected to the item.

Brand matching for the Walmart Vehicle Compatibility Excel Template

For Walmart Vehicle Compatibility Excel submissions, the Brand Name in the compatibility file must match the Brand Name in the item's product information exactly.

Resolve items on this report

If an item appears in the report:

• Confirm that the Product Brand is correct.
• Confirm that the Manufacturer Part Number matches the manufacturer-published value exactly.
• If ACES compatibility data already exists for the item, verify that the Product Brand and Manufacturer Part Number align with that compatibility source.
• If you need to provide compatibility data, submit ACES XML or use the Walmart Vehicle Compatibility Excel Template.
• If an appropriate BrandAAIAID is not available, use the Walmart Vehicle Compatibility Excel workflow with the correct Brand Name.
