Post item creation management recommendations
Once the item setup is complete, there are other Walmart APIs available to manage your listings.
Manage my item inventory
You can maintain inventory for your items on Walmart.com to ensure a great experience for your customers, and better sale opportunities. Use the Inventory APIs to manage inventory for your items such as get inventory, update inventory, or update inventory in bulk for multiple items. You can also get and update inventory at specific fulfillment centers.
Manage my item pricing
The price is a fundamental building block for your listing on Walmart.com. You can use the price management APIs to set up and manage the price for a given item.
Manage my lag time
Lag time refers to the number of days between when an item is ordered and when it ships. There are two lag time API requests available:
- Lag Time: This API allows you to get fulfillment lag time set up for an item with a given SKU.
- Update Lag Time: This API allows you to update the fulfillment lag time for items in bulk.
Manage my reporting
Use the Payment Reports APIs to obtain reports on your items. Walmart runs reports for each seller once a day. The reports include Performance Report, Payment Statement Report, and Reconciliation Reports.
On-request reports
The On-request reports API lets you request reports about your items for faster retrieval. You can request a report at any time, subscribe to notifications to know when the report is ready, and download it. You can also get a list of all reports requested.
Manage my Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) settings
Use the WFS APIs to create and manage customer orders that can be fulfilled by Walmart. With WFS, you can focus on sales while we expertly take care of fast shipping, seamless returns, and customer service. Simply send your inventory to Walmart fulfillment centers, where we will store your products securely and prepare them swiftly for shipping when an order is placed.
