You can integrate directly with our APIs to create customer orders programmatically, retrieve real-time inventory levels, and receive fulfillment updates and status notifications. Alternatively, you can partner with third-party solution providers who are already integrated with these APIs and can customize support based on your business needs.
These Multichannel Solutions APIs supports end-to-end order and inventory management for Walmart Marketplace sellers. Core APIs include:
- Create customer order - Submit customer orders for WFS items to initiate fulfillment through Walmart’s network.
- Get WFS inventory - Check current inventory levels for SKUs stored at Walmart fulfillment centers.
- Fetch delivery promise - Access estimated delivery dates and shipping timelines based on fulfillment details.
- Cancel Customer Order - Submit cancellation requests for eligible customer orders prior to shipment.
- Get fulfillment order status - View real-time status updates for orders from submission through delivery.
- Create customer return order - Submit return requests for WFS items, supporting post-purchase resolution.
- Cancel return order - Cancel a customer-initiated return that was created in error or is no longer needed.
