New API Releases - Invoices & Vendor Managed Pricing
Walmart is excited to announce the release of two new API offerings for 1P Suppliers, providing options for the seamless integration of native applications and Walmart data. With these APIs, companies can ingest data directly, eliminating problems caused by manual processes, providing users near real time data.
The new APIs are accessible in the Supplier Guide dropdown menu in the Walmart Developer Portal.

Invoices & Payments (Paid and Unpaid Details)
1P Suppliers can now integrate their native application using these APIs to retrieve all paid and unpaid data details without having to manually download reports from Supplier One.

With these APIs, suppliers can track financial transactions they have with Walmart, enabling greater visibility and efficiency managing accounts.

Invoice Retrieval: Access detailed invoice information sent to
Walmart, including invoice numbers, amounts, and dates. -
Payment Status: Real-time status of payments (e.g., paid, unpaid, or
pending). -
Payment Details: Specific information about payments, including check numbers,
payment dates, and any associated deductions or credits. -
Deductions and Credits: Insights into any adjustments applied to invoices,
including reasons and amounts.

No Data Limitations: The Vendor Managed Pricing API provides all items, store, and distributor combinations in a singular report.

Improved Filters: Suppliers can now filter through enhanced options, including the item status on a variety of dates, such as Cost Effective Date or Retail Effective Date. This helps suppliers only pull the data that truly matters.
