How to read market availability

Some Walmart Marketplace APIs and features are available in specific regional markets. Each document includes a market availability note so you can easily identify where an API or feature can be used.

Regional markets

Walmart Marketplace is currently available in the following regions:

United States (us)
Mexico (mx)
Chile (cl)
Canada (ca)

Documentation for APIs and features will be updated as additional markets become available.

Check market availability for an API

Market availability labels in the Global Marketplace API Reference and the Global Marketplace API Guide indicate where an API, operation, field, or feature is supported. The Market-specific to Global API Mapping Guide explains how market-specific legacy Marketplace APIs map to Global partner APIs across supported markets.

Market availability label	Supported markets
Market availability: Global	United States (`us`), Canada (`ca`), Mexico (`mx`), and Chile (`cl`)
Market availability: US only	United States (`us`) only
Market availability: US \| CA	United States (`us`) and Canada (`ca`)

If market availability is listed as Global, the API or feature is available in all four supported markets: the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Chile. If it is not available in all four markets, the supported markets are listed individually.

How market availability appears

Market availability appears in different formats depending on context and the number of supported markets.

Appears directly below a feature name or heading to make the supported market easy to identify.
