Use this service to cancel an inbound order.
Sellers can cancel an inbound order only if none of its shipments have arrived at the WFS fulfillment centers.
An inbound order cannot be canceled if any of its shipments have a status of Receiving in Progress, Closed, or Cancelled.
Cancellations are only allowed at the inbound order level — not at the shipment level. If an inbound order is canceled, all shipments within that order are also canceled.
